Word Traveler | We are so deep down with viral spread on the verge of loosing it, where part of the scare is fueled by the most viral method which is social media. This leads me to the mind blowing idea of the power of words. King Solomon is believed to be stating that "Life and Death are at the power of words". This is before the age of social media, but people have stayed people nonetheless and the human brain as much as we want to believe changed a lot, well it changed a little. Imagine for a moment a word, say "if" now try to visualize in a given moment how many times this two letters word is used, as it could be found in Software programming running simultaneously by zillion lines of code, every time of the day anywhere in the world, a news article just being printed, a news article just being typed, spoken loud on the radio, spoken by parents to kids, kids to other kids, kids to pets, a book you read, a text message you write, a twit you get, a Facebook post. Now try to imagine that you take the word "If" from all of it and you would probably see the world getting to a full halt, just like that.

Words are verbal reflection of the culture they come from, you would probably find more terminologies for "cold" in northern countries and more flavors of "hot" in southern ones. Sometimes though they are adopted by other cultures, like a good read that is being translated, so now the word has a sister that is spoken in more parts of the world with a local adaptation, so you move from a second to second, time and place and you can travel the words as they evolve used, abused, reformed played and recreated. You can track them the way the changed in time, died from lack of use or revived by new idea. A word can tell a whole story, just the way it is posted, pronounced, the way the speaker is posed, staged, the makeup and the lighting, the posture of it, you can see how the words are bounced back from their listeners nodding in agreement or rejecting it, you can see words making people shine or turned off.

Now try the word "Be" . . . happy travels
