The Shape of my Butt | You come to a point in life when you realize that you can outsource a lot of tasks, I have also learned that people profound outsourcing and one of the last virtues that is outsourced as well - is our responsibility, blame everything on others.

So there is one thing that you have to do yourself, unless you find peace in dying young in front of your TV while rocking on your lazy chair or lazy sofa, you cannot outsource your workout keeping your physical shape. It is whether you do it or - well - peace.

Some are blessed with the good physics and even more blesses to not need to work hard to maintain it, some would tag them with Alpha, though most of us - namely all other letters on the alphabet has to work hard to keep in shape.

I am thankful to my Alpha friend that got me into the gym and threw me on the road for a run, where I keep this healthy habit for many years now, altering between winter workouts and summer workouts. Where obviously Summer is outdoor running, biking and swimming and winter is sweating hard on my core.

Being more thrifty than usual, as I am looking for a job, I agreed to surrender my privacy and I watch commercials on my mobile while working out - though this is the least of my worries.

Workout is doing well and I need no real person to watch what I am doing and better so.

As the plan is adding exercises - pronounced ex-er-cheeze'- by my Italian voice engine, I realize that I have more muscles in my body than I have realize existing, each time I move my mass number of pounds to another direction - I realize a different song coming from the opposite direction. Not sure how many opposite directions I have but I sure hear a lot of songs. These are not songs of joy, I have to admit.

I did set the voice engine of the app to Italian for couple reasons - it adds a twist to the agony and at the same time I pay tribute to the many Italians that fail to survive the Corona virus so I keep it a living language near me. I do not understand a word - but as you can tell in most part it is just an Italian accent to English spoken exercises which I know already.

I do wish to pay tribute to the 30 days workout plan as they make sure that every daily exercise ends with stretches that allow the rest of my body to function afterwards and say, write these words painlessly.

This is a truly helpful program. Physically and mentally - if consistent - you can see the results happening which is nice for not just the so many pounds, but the so many years that these pounds are part of my life . . . guess that some of the songs are the sounds from the farewell party to some, which is a good thing.

Will not turn the male super model for my age group any time soon, though it helps to better accept the image you glance at in the mirror and allow a node of appreciation.

It also helps to get through the time between works, the time between runs so I can count on a few more years before I need to address medical issues that tend to be just waiting for you to seat down relax watch the TV and immerse yourself with laziness and hopelessness.

There are apps for that as well though this is for another time.

Happy exercising - pronounced ex-er-cheezing . . .
