Defy Gravity | It is very easy to reach ground and fall for misery, all we need is to do nothing, gravity would do the work for us. Our brains are gravitated towards trouble so it takes extra muscle power to defy.

On my marathon build up sheet there is a quote from General Patton about mind over body, and true, when it comes to marathon runs it is the mental struggle that you have to overcome, as your body given up on mile 11 . . . so you have now 15 miles with lesser energies to make it to the finish line, literally finished.

The power of running is so great that it pumps your body with good energies. Yesterday was one of the gifted spring days where the sun was out - temps were just perfect for running, one of these days that nothing could go wrong and you regret any complaint that dared coming through mind, these are Corona days, few people are out though it was inevitable and even elderly people could not resist stepping out for fresh air.

While passing by one of the houses near Spy Pond there was a flag for the spring and a writing on the door welcoming the season, it was that moment where I think of 2020 as a year of the past. As Winter was not much of the winter and ski was close for business because of lack of snow and virus alert, so we wintered that, and Spring is more like sprung as we rarely go outside and see the brimming trees and the powerful bloom everywhere.

You dare enjoying it for a short while and cave back home as part of the Corona scare. so yet another season files in past tense. the big wish is that we will summer it out, we will not sustain a summered year. While running on the pathways keeping the social distance, I can smell the weed cloud coming for the folk pretending to fish something from the pond. The pavement is filled with cheers, welcomes and words of love in every possible color the folks had in their chalk box. This is the spring from within, where you find yourself thankful for the people who believe in life, in the people who believe in living, you won't go for the weed if not for the lifting experience it brings. Nevertheless spend the time to post notes on the pavement that hug you with kindness. So, let it be Summer
